Funding a stairlift in Northern Quarter
Most Northern Quarter customers qualify for zero-rate VAT under HMRC Notice 701/7 — a 20% saving with no doctor's letter needed, just a signed declaration we supply at order. Salford City Council also administers the Disabled Facilities Grant (up to £30,000), which starts with a referral to Adult Social Care and an occupational therapist assessment, then progresses to a formal application.
