This page is maintained by Salford Stairlifts to describe how we handle the information you give us.
What we collect
When you submit a quote form, contact us or call, we collect: your name, phone number, email (if given), postcode (if given), any message you send, and basic technical information (an anonymised IP hash) used solely to prevent form spam.
What we use it for
Solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey, give a quote and (if you become a customer) deliver and service your stairlift. We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Lead enquiries that don't progress to a quote: 12 months. Customer records: kept for the warranty period plus 6 years (UK statute of limitations).
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or for it to be deleted. Email hello@salfordstairlifts.co.uk or call 07897 037526.
