Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the surveyor's measurements at the home visit.

Deposits of up to 25% may be requested at order for curved stairlifts (to fund custom-rail manufacture). All deposits are refundable up to 14 days from order, less any rail-manufacture costs already incurred.

Installation is carried out by employed engineers, not subcontractors. We carry full public liability insurance.

Warranty: 12 months parts and labour on every reconditioned stairlift; manufacturer warranty (typically 24 months) on new stairlifts. Annual service required to keep warranty valid.

VAT relief: where the user is chronically sick or disabled, zero-rate VAT applies. Customers (or someone on their behalf) sign an HMRC declaration before invoicing.

Consumer rights: nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
