Survey & quote
A surveyor visits your home, measures the stairs and gives a written quote within 24 hours.

Rail manufactured
For curved lifts, the rail is custom-built (2–3 weeks). Straight lifts use a same-week rail cut to length.

Install day
Two engineers arrive, lay protection, fit the rail to the treads (not the wall) and bolt on the motor unit.

Test & handover
We charge the batteries, run the lift end-to-end, and walk you through controls, charging and safety.
- 5
Free removal
If you're replacing an old stairlift, we take it away free of charge — and pay cash if it's working.
